Camera-Ready Submission Guidelines for ICITSI 2024

Dear Authors,

Thank you for your contribution to ICITSI 2024. To finalize your paper registration, please follow the steps below for submitting your camera-ready paper and supporting documents.

Documents to Prepare

Authors are required to prepare and upload the following documents:

• Camera-Ready Paper: The final version of your paper in PDF format, revised based on reviewer comments.
• Proof of Payment: A valid proof of conference fee payment.
• Video Presentation: To avoid internet network or bandwidth disturbances during parallel sessions (paper presentations), participants are expected to provide a video recording of their presentation with the following requirements:
  • Use the provided presentation template and virtual background:

  • Download Virtual Background
  • Please upload the presentation file through EDAS.
  • Presentation duration: max 10 minutes.
  • Video quality: 720p (1280×720) or 1080p (1920×1080), aspect ratio 16:9.
  • The video must clearly show the presenter during the presentation.

When completing the registration form, please ensure the following details are provided:

• Corresponding Author Email: Provide the active email address of the corresponding author.
• Paper ID: Include the Paper ID assigned during the review process.

Electronic Copyright Form

The ICITSI Chairs will manage the Electronic Copyright Form registration collectively with IEEE. Once processed, the Corresponding Author will receive an email containing instructions to review, approve, and transfer the copyright to IEEE.

Important Notes

• IEEE enforces a strict no-show policy. If your paper is accepted, one of the authors or their representative MUST PRESENT the paper at the conference, either physically or online.
• Papers with no-show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore. Additionally, no refund of the paid fees will be issued to no-show authors.
• Ensure all uploaded documents are accurate and complete to avoid delays.
• Only authors who complete the submission process will be eligible for participation in ICITSI 2024.
